This Privacy Policy explains how Shenyang Qingshaguo Network Technology Co., Ltd ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you play Togimo (the "Game"), a mini game distributed on the TikTok platform.
We designed Togimo to require as little personal information as possible. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or precise location, and we do not collect them.
1. Information We Collect

2. Sign-in
Togimo uses TikTok's silent login. This means you are identified by an OpenID automatically, without an authorisation screen and without sharing your TikTok profile details with us. We receive only the OpenID and an access token; we do not receive your username or profile photo.
3. Advertising
The Game is supported by advertising delivered through TikTok's in-app advertising service. To show and measure ads, TikTok's advertising components collect device and advertising identifiers as described in the table above. This data is processed by TikTok under its own privacy policy, which you can read at tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy.
We do not operate our own advertising network, and we do not sell or share your data with advertisers ourselves.
4. How We Use Information
- To run the Game and save your progress
- To display advertising and measure its delivery
- To diagnose crashes and fix bugs
- To understand aggregate player behaviour and improve level design
We do not use your information to build advertising profiles, and we do not make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only in these situations:
- TikTok, as the platform hosting the Game and providing login and advertising services.
- Service providers who host our infrastructure, acting on our instructions and bound by confidentiality obligations.
- Legal requirements, where disclosure is required by applicable law or valid legal process.
6. Retention
Gameplay data linked to your OpenID is retained while you continue to play and for up to 12 months after your last session, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Technical logs are retained for up to 90 days.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us at developer@qingshaguo.cn. We will respond within 30 days.
Because we identify players only by OpenID, we may need you to make the request from within the Game, or to provide the OpenID shown in the Game's settings screen, so that we can locate your data.
8. Children
Togimo is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact developer@qingshaguo.cn and we will delete it.
9. International Transfers
Our servers and those of our providers may be located outside your country of residence. Where information is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the Game develops. Material changes will be announced in the Game before they take effect, and the "last updated" date above will change.

本隐私政策说明 沈阳青沙果网络科技有限公司 ("我们")在您游玩 翻翻(以下称"本游戏",一款在 TikTok 平台发行的小游戏)时如何收集、使用和保护相关信息。
本游戏在设计上尽可能减少对个人信息的依赖。我们不索取、也不收集您的姓名、邮箱地址、手机号码和精确位置。
一、我们收集的信息

二、登录方式
本游戏使用 TikTok 的静默登录(silent login)。这意味着系统会自动通过 OpenID 识别您,不会弹出授权界面,也不会将您的 TikTok 个人资料提供给我们。我们仅获得 OpenID 和访问令牌,不获得用户名或头像。
三、广告
本游戏通过 TikTok 的应用内广告服务获得收入。为展示和统计广告,TikTok 的广告组件会收集上表所述的设备信息和广告标识符。该数据由 TikTok 依据其自身隐私政策处理,详见 tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy。
我们不自行运营广告网络,也不会自行向广告主出售或共享您的数据。

- 运行游戏并保存进度
- 展示广告并统计投放情况
- 排查崩溃、修复缺陷
- 了解玩家整体行为,改进关卡设计
我们不会利用您的信息构建广告画像,也不会作出对您产生法律效力或类似重大影响的自动化决策。
五、信息共享
我们不出售您的信息,仅在以下情形共享:
- TikTok:作为本游戏的宿主平台,提供登录与广告服务。
- 服务提供商:为我们提供基础设施托管,按我们的指示行事并受保密义务约束。
- 法律要求:适用法律或有效法律程序要求披露时。
六、保存期限
与 OpenID 关联的游戏数据在您持续游玩期间保存,并在最后一次游玩后最多保留 12 个月,期满后删除或匿名化。技术日志最多保留 90 天。
七、您的权利
根据您所在地区的法律,您可能有权要求查阅、更正或删除我们持有的您的信息,并对特定处理行为提出反对或要求限制。如需行使权利,请联系 developer@qingshaguo.cn,我们将在 30 日内答复。
由于我们仅通过 OpenID 识别玩家,可能需要您在游戏内提交请求,或提供游戏设置页面显示的 OpenID,以便我们定位相应数据。
八、未成年人
本游戏并非面向 13 周岁以下(或您所在司法管辖区规定的相应最低年龄)的儿童,我们不会在知情的情况下收集其信息。若您认为有儿童向我们提供了信息,请联系 developer@qingshaguo.cn,我们将予以删除。
九、跨境传输
我们及服务提供商的服务器可能位于您居住国之外。信息发生跨境传输时,我们将依照适用法律采取相应保障措施。
十、政策变更
随着游戏的发展,本政策可能更新。重大变更将在生效前于游戏内公告,同时更新上方的"最后更新"日期。
