本プライバシーポリシーは、Shenyang Qingshaguo Network Technology Co., Ltd（沈阳青沙果网络科技有限公司、以下「当社」）が提供する iOS アプリ「花札 こいこい - 広告なしで2人対戦も」（以下「本アプリ」）における情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。

本アプリは、お客様の個人情報を一切収集しない設計になっています。アカウント登録やログインも不要です。

1. 収集する情報

当社は、本アプリを通じてお客様の個人情報を収集しません。

2. 広告・解析・トラッキング

本アプリには広告を表示する機能、利用状況を解析するツール、第三者の SDK は含まれていません。本アプリがお客様を追跡（トラッキング）することはありません。

3. アプリ内課金

「プレミアム」の購入は Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。お支払い情報は Apple が処理し、当社がお客様のクレジットカード情報などを受け取ることはありません。購入済みかどうかの確認は、Apple の仕組み（StoreKit）を使って端末上で行います。App Store での購入には Apple のプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

4. お問い合わせ

アプリ内の「ご意見・ご要望」から、またはメールで当社にお問い合わせいただいた場合、メールアドレスとお問い合わせ内容を受け取ります。これらの情報は、ご返信と本アプリの改善のためにのみ使用し、第三者に提供することはありません。

5. データの保存と削除

本アプリのデータは端末内に保存されます。本アプリを削除すると、戦績や設定もすべて削除されます。iCloud バックアップなど端末のバックアップを有効にしている場合、本アプリのデータがバックアップに含まれることがあります（バックアップは Apple が管理します）。購入した「プレミアム」は、同じ Apple Account で「購入を復元」すればいつでも復元できます。

6. お子様のプライバシー

本アプリはどなたの個人情報も収集せず、他のユーザーとのやりとり（チャット・ランキングなど）の機能もありません。ひとりで対戦の相手はアプリ内のコンピューターです。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は本ページでお知らせし、上記の「最終更新日」を更新します。

This Privacy Policy explains how Shenyang Qingshaguo Network Technology Co., Ltd ("we", "us") handles information in the iOS app "花札 こいこい - 広告なしで2人対戦も" (Hanafuda Koi-Koi; the "App").

The App is designed to collect no personal information at all. No account or sign-in is required.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information through the App. Games in progress, records and settings (including the names used in two-player mode) are stored only on your device and are never sent to us. We do not operate any servers. The App does not use the internet except for processing in-app purchases.

2. Ads, Analytics and Tracking

The App contains no advertising, no analytics tools and no third-party SDKs. The App does not track you.

3. In-App Purchases

"Premium" is purchased through Apple's App Store. Payment information is handled by Apple; we never receive your credit card details. Purchase status is verified on your device using Apple's StoreKit. Apple's Privacy Policy applies to App Store purchases.

4. Contacting Us

If you contact us by email (including via "ご意見・ご要望" in the App), we receive your email address and message. We use them only to reply and to improve the App, and never share them with third parties.

5. Storage and Deletion

App data is stored on your device. Deleting the App deletes your records and settings. If device backups such as iCloud Backup are enabled, App data may be included in them (managed by Apple). "Premium" can be restored at any time with "購入を復元" (Restore Purchases) using the same Apple Account.

6. Children's Privacy

The App collects no personal information from anyone and has no features for interacting with other users (no chat, no rankings). The opponent in one-player mode is the computer.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as needed. Significant changes will be announced on this page and the "Last updated" date above will be updated.
